Please please by all means AVOID their horrible service Customer service as well is horrible when I call evidently upset about a package that was supposed to arrive to its destination in 3-5 business days and 10 business days after the package did not arrive The lady from USPS kept repeating the information I knew and I kept repeating to her I know all of that give me new information she threatened to hung up! If it was zero stars I would’ve given ZERO stars for everything Price, service and horrible unpolitically customer service Use FedEx instead!!!

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
