I am very disappointed in the my postal experience. I sent a package from Seattle to Georgia on 11/18/2019 with very special items from my travels expecting to be received in whole. I gave USPS faith that a rather common mailing procedure going on a national routine wouldn’t need the expense of insurance but I was obviously wrong. According to the recipient of the package the box was crushed and obviously “taped back together” and also missing about 1/3 of the items originally sent in the package. I find it very upsetting that a simple package approved to be mailed by my local post office could have such issues to arrive intact at its intended destination, especially since it’s traveling within the same country. My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
