This system is completely useless it seems. The logo on the USPS says "track anytime, anywhere". That is as far from the truth as one can possibly get! I have been tracking my package daily and keep getting the message that it us "moving in the USPS service and is in transit to the final destination. This message has been the same since Dec. 7 when it left Chicago. Someone could have walked it from Chicago by now. Tracking is supposed to know where it is at any given time, isn't it? If it is lost I would like to be afforded the common courtesy of being told that. My usage of the postal service from here on will only be as a last resort. Whatever I can do or order online will certainly be my first choice. Had to tap 1 star, but honestly don't feel it deserves that.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
