I received my package today, which was earlier than I had expected. Unfortunately, 90% of the items that I had packed weren't there. And to add insult to injury, there was an Amazon package for a neighbor to streets away and part of an Amazon package for someone that I have no idea who is. Having grown up with a parent who was a letter carrier for over 30 years, I have always thought and experienced a great sense of customer service by the USPS. How a package could get from the middle of Iowa, to Des Moines and then straight to San Francisco and lose 90% of its items mystifies me. Unfortunately I didn't get the insurance, because I trusted the USPS. I truly hope that the person that had to break into my box enjoys the Christmas ornaments, cook pan and cooking utensils.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
