Ordered a package to Mexico. Last I heard it was in Texas, I don't hear from USPS in Days and suddenly I get an email that it is in CHICAGO????? I wasn't given a date of WHEN the package was going to arrive but I guess that is useless anyways, seems like you guys never deliver on time. It was my parent's Christmas gift and I spent all I had on it. I have no other option but to wait and see if I lost all that money for nothing

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
