I am very distressed over my packages. They are still missing was supposed to be in MD for my grand children on the 23rd of Dec. estimated but they were shipped to Stockton CA asnof the 19 of Dec and said original destination why when something is going to the east coast shipping from Reno would they have ever been sent to the west coast city with original on the details and it stops there no more info out other then it is in transit to next station. Today is Dec 27 and no update as to where my packages are. I dont get one package going west of it is destined east let alone both packages. Just because it is Mount Rainier MD doesn't mean it is west side of America. I want my packages found and I want a refund for the mistaken destination and not continuous tracking details. My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
