I sent my son a package in Alaska, on December 16th, was told it would take three days, and the expected delivery day was Friday, December 20th. Friday came and went, Saturday came and went, of course no mail on Sunday, Monday the 23rd came and went, and the 24th, then of course no mail on Christmas, so he received it on December 26th. 10 days is not what I was expecting when I paid almost $20. I sent another package the same day, it got there on the 24th, it was also expected to be there on Friday, December 20th. I know you guys are busy and Alaska is a long way away from Oregon, but… I was a little disappointed to say the least.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
