I am very disappointed with the way they delivered my packages they're over two days late I paid for him to be delivered on the 27th not only that when they finally got it there my daughter said they left it out in the pouring rain the box was soaked lucky weed nothing was ruined inside very poor professionalism very bad not only that I had another package delivered with the big one separately that went to a completely different post office and still isn't there I am writing a formal complaint at my post office here in Monument Colorado about the way you handled these packages bet you wouldn't like it if they were yours I will never deliver through the post office again no thanks Randy Casper Monument Colorado

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
