USPS is terrible in my area...I use Amazon a lot I called Amazon and had them put USPS on don't use list for my Prime account. They never make the 2 day shipping usually 3-5 days or more. It may just be my area. Newburgh NY 12550. I had a Great postman that just retired. But USPS it appears to me doesn't train there people well or there is a huge management disconnect or managers that shouldn't be in management.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
