Would give you a zero if I could. Post office had my package for 2 days before they attempted ( so it says ) then it tells me available for pick up. I went to the post office to pick it up on 12/31 from Migen Rd in columbus, Ga. I understand they were busy, but I waited in line for over 30 minutes just for the lady at the desk to tell me she was too busy to go to the back to retrieve my package and to come back later, "but don't come with an attitude". I never had an attitude to begin with, I was being very nice about the whole situation. They is not good customer service, her name was Linda. I will not use usps again if possible.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
