Our son didn’t get his Christmas and Birthday package for which the tracking number said was delivered. Now I’m out of two presents for him, and his Christmas and Birthday days are wrecked. In the future, I’ll mail presents to the local post office for him to pick up. Last year I had a problem with USPS Delivery. Finally they found it. I was happy because it was a crocheted bedspread that took over a year to make and had over $300 in yarn in it. I didn’t think it could happen two years in a row. I will not trust them again. Protect your parcel with ample Insurance, return receipt requested, and delivery at the local post office.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
