I had a package out for delivery on 1/2/2020. My husband and I both work from home so we were home on this particular day and I was awaiting my package. I received an alert that said "Delivery Exception. Animal I reference." While I own dogs, they were all inside so there was absolutely no interference from my animals, but considering the laziness we often see from them they probably decided to use it as an excuse to not deliver to my home. My issue is with the fact that there was no additional follow up advising me on how to proceed. I don't know whether they're going to make another attempt or whether I should go to the branch. This is completely unacceptable, and at the same time - not surprising!

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
