The woman at the counter had a SICKENING attitude for no apparent reason. She charged me the $25 that same day deliveries cost, but was only offering next day service. (I did my research. I got to the post office well before 3.. should've been same day.) Now here we are... day 2 is over, and the letter STILL has yet to arrive. She told me it would be there by 3pm earlier today (1/8/20) This letter was due to arrive on the recipient's birthday. The postal service absolutely FAILED me at EVERY turn during this ENTIRE ordeal, and I AM owed my money back in full. (267) 588-4883 Mr. Hammond

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
