Your Priority Mail option is not efficient in the least. Two times out of three I have shipped the same sized box from and to the same location and they did not get there in time. When someone pays extra to ship something using one of your priority services, it's generally because they need for it to get to its destination by a certain time. In my case I shipped perishable food items to my 81 yr old mother. I freeze the food and then use 5lbs of dry ice. Two times now it hasn't gotten there. And of course the up $50 insurance will do nothing. The purchase of the food and preparation well exceeds that. Btw I did use your preprinted box. Why it's not getting there in time is something you're doing wrong. I have wasted so much time and money on just trying to get food to my mom using the services of an ineffective, unreliable delivery system. 33% reliable is not good. .

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
