I have complained about my packages being delivered to my residence and not delivered. I call customer service and they tell me it was delivered to my door. I go to my video and it shows ups stopping up the street from my house but not at my home. Your customer service telephone line to China is a waste of my time. Several packages this week have been delivered to random neighbors and yet I have no way if connecting with the route supervisor to bring this issue to his attention. UPS DELIVERY IS POOR AT BEST! My house number is clearly marked on my house, the curb and a light up numeric display. There is no excuse for this shabby service that is not serving my needs at all. Get a real English speaking United States based customer service who actually can do something. Why is there no way to speak to anyone at the corporate offices? Push numbers and leave messages. POOR SERVICE INDEED!!!!

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
