You can't depend on getting your mail even if you have a tracking number and insurance. My tracking information said that it made it to the postal facility in the same town it was supposed to be delivered in 3 days ago and nobody seems to know what happened to my mail. This is unacceptable. What if I were a surgeon and you were supposed to receive a donor organ but when it got to the hospital you were having surgery at, nobody knew what happened to it. How would you feel?

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
