Honestly if I lived in my old home I’d have given 5 stars but since I’ve moved to this property the mail delivery is horrible. The post office is a 20 minute drive from my home. If the package is too big for the parcel box they won’t bring it to my home 2 minutes down the road I have to drive 20 minutes one way to pick up a package that I paid the shipping for. And honestly this is the only property I’ve ever had to do that in. The mail is delivered at different times some times we get other people’s mail. Like I said it’s only at this address I’m living currently. Very poor job delivering our mail..

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
