Certified letter has been “tracked” for 9 days now. Allegedly scanned three times at one facility, but not sent out for 5 days. Still has not arrived! What is worse, rude and highly incompetent postal staff could care less. “Nothing can be done about it”. Customer serve could not get anyone at the Cleveland facility to check the “bin” for it. She related “...there is too much to go through”. So lesson learned. Will NEVER send anything by USPS again. No wonder the USPS is in the red. Too much incompetence, too many rude, careless employees.?

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
