We were to receive a printer today which we badly needed. The Tacking said the package was attempted at 9:30. We were at home. No doorbell was pushed. We have a ring camera at both doors no one came to the door. The tracking said it was too large. Put it was not restricted by Amazon to ge left at the door I tried to call the animated service could not understand my house address the wait time is 40 minutes to talk with a person. Your service is below ridiculous

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
