VT needs a central processing station. It is absurd that a package has to go to a different state to be moved to the house down the street. Further, if there’s a forward in place, that should be known in advance of the package leaving the central sorting location and it should be put on the right truck in the first place. People should not have to wait for something to be delivered to the old address, then returned to another state, then returned back to Vermont, before it can be processed again in Vermont post offices, and ultimately, eventually, and in my case late, FINALLY arrive to the recipient. That is the worst business model I have ever heard of. Next time I order I will make sure the shipper is not USPS.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
