I went to my local post office about a hour ago and Cleck #10 had a very ugly attitude. I was making sure the tape on the package was tide firm on it but she was looking at me like she wanted to kill me or something. Employees at that post office should be more pleasant and friendly with customers. They act like they are working in immigration office. They are so serious and rude. I wish they change their attitude because at the end of the day I am the customer. Thank you!

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
