Service attendant was very helpful not like the attendant next to her. Very rude evertime, wanting to charge me for every thing that needs to be done even in securing my items, even after them being secured very well, she should not be working at the front line of the postal service, front desk duties. Now am tracking the item I sent Monday to my military son so far since Monday night after it left it is now Wednesday all its states item is late, what the heck, bad business

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
