I sent a certified letter from a post office that is 15 miles from the letter destination. There are 2 houses in the subdivision. I would imagine that the same person delivers this route every day. I had the correct name on the envelope, but, house #35, which is incorrect, the correct number is 36. Apparently the mail person wasn't knowledgeable enough to deduce that 36 would be the correct house. I mailed it on Feb. 10, today is Feb. 18, and it is now in Colorado Springs, CO. On it's way back to me, and I also live 15 miles from it's original destination. Lesson learned, next time send it on UPS. USPS is totally screwed. No wonder they can't turn a profit! If I could give a negative satisfaction score I would.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
