I have ten reasons for my rating but any packages shipped FedEx or UPS can be tracked totally from the time it's received by the carrier, with USPS I'll be lucky if I see tracking info before the day it arrives! If my postal carrier is on vaca I'll be lucky to get mail one day that week The attitude of a great number of the employees is truly horrible. The sooner the mail is deregulated and the private sector can enter the grey the better we all will be!

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
