I was on hold for 53 minutes because my package arrived in Los Angeles on the 21st and it is now the 25th and we have not received the package. The tracking has not been updated. I was told that packages are a low priority. First they deliver Express Mail, then Priority, then First Class then Amazon then the rest. This is BS!!!! I paid $57 and it’s just sitting there! NEVER AGAIN!!!! And, to top it off? If they lose it, there is NO GUARANTEE that they will give me the postage back!!!! F’N RIDICULOUS!!!!

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
