I was very impressed by the staff at the post office at 18555 E. Smoky Hill Road; Aurora, CO 80015 - they were all very helpful, calm and friendly - the day and time I went -3/3/20 about 4:00pm -?there was a lot going on including a long line and challenging customers but they all continued to remain calm and friendly thanking everyone for their patience in having to wait! So I wanted to acknowledge and thank them for their professional and friendly service!

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
