We sent an envelope with tracking on Friday March 6 from Miami to Tampa. We got our first tracking report on Sunday March 8 indicating that the parcel arrived in Sacramento CA?. On Monday the tracker indicated “in transit”. On Tuesday, March 10, the tracker indicated the envelope had departed Sacramento at 5:30 am. On Wednesday, March 11, the tracker indicated the envelope had arrived at the Sarasota Distribution Center at 9:57 am. As of Thursday morning, March 12, there is still no indication of what happened to my envelope. Almost one week has passed since I mailed the envelope from Miami to Tampa, and it seems most of the week the envelope was in California? I called the 1-800 number on the tracker and they can tell me exactly what the tracker said and they have no explanation of why the envelope went to California, or where it might be now. If it is lost, why don’t they just tell me so!, it seems like USPS systems have totally failed on this item, with no explanation.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
