Advertise 3-4 day delivery on packages....but 9 times out of 10 they are at least 1 day late, often several days late. But do they admit it and apologize? No...they just change the scheduled delivery day and then its not late!? Ridiculous! USPS should STOP advertising 3-5 day and advertise it as 5-7 day delivery which is more the reality! Then if it comrs sooner, ppl will be happy....instead of every pkg being late everytime and making ppl mad. Only a government company could get away with such blatant FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! !

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
