I went to the 100 S. Broad St. location on 3/27/20 at 12:55pm. The person serving me was watching a small TV, which was very loud. After turning it down she asked me what I needed help with in a tone implying I was bothering or interrupting her. I needed 2 money orders but walked out with only one because she was busy calling her creditor about cutting her a break on her due bill due to Cov 19. I never got the chance to ask for the second money order. The 2nd cashier was just fidgeting. Two ladies in their 80s came in and they were also wondering why it was talking long to get assistance. The people behind the counter, especially the one I had we’re still discussing their personal issues and the virus with scant attention to the 3 customers. My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
