You STINK, mailed a small flat package from Greenville, MI. on April 2nd. Was told it would get to Chicago, it destination on Saturday April 4th. Tracking says it could not deliver due no mail receptacle. The mailbox is right outside the front door attached to the house as it has been for over 40 years. On April 6th I requested an update on the status of this package. Only information you are showing is Saturday's. What is wrong with you people, why is this not updated? I paid enough to have this delivered. If we were able to travel I could have had it there April 2nd. Since we can not I depended on your service. I WILL NOT make this MISTAKE again!

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
