I wish I could give you five stars but I cannot even give you one! I mailed a card at Christmas containing a fifty dollar gift card that was supposed to arrive 4 days before Christmas and actually came 3 or 4 days after with the gift card missing!! The envelope had been cut from the top and taped like a postal worker did it before it was mailed! Then when I explained I sent it priority mail and paid 10 dollars to insure it they said, “ we only insure express mail!!! “ It says right on the receipt that it is insured up to 50 dollars but they refuse to honor that! I tried another local post office recently to mail a package to my mom and paid 22 dollars and change in postage to get there Tuesday. It is now Wednesday and I just hope she gets it!! Our postal system is ridiculous especially for the amount that has to be paid to send anything!!! Going to try Fedex from now on!!

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
