Paid extra to send a package to my elderly Mom that was to be there yesterday but got there today, the problem was they put it on front porch that is not used and did not ring bell or knock. Today they have extremely high winds and the package was not on porch but across the street in a wooded area over 100 ft away. Mom could not see it but my niece looked out front and she spotted a white box. If mu niece did not spot it the item could have been ruined if it rained. I am not happy.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
