I sent the Medical supply package to my daughter in New Jersey She needs the mask, glove and other medical stuff for her flight home The post office mess up, they key in the wrong street address in the system They key in Garden streets instead of Grand street We call 15 times in 2 days every time have to wait for 1 to 2 hours or no one pick up the phone, we consumer affairs number that the local post office give it to us 858-674-2670 the answering machine ask us to leave name & number so they can call us back but they never call back. We finally got in touch with central office they track down the package 6 days later and it ready for delivery for the wrong address on day 6, we bagging them please contact your delivery rout tell them to deliver the package to the address on the box label, The delivery person did not read the address on the box instead they send the package back to sender??? It was obviously a mistake that any normal person can see they should have they should have read the right address on the box label and deliver the package which 3 block away from Garden street to Grand street. I like to have request investigation, find out whom key in the wrong address and who did the package delivery talk to them to see why they make such mistake?? They should be going back to training to avoid future mistake, I need the answer. They mistake causing us too much stress in the last three days. My daughters have to take a chance to flight home with out medical supply. We not sure if she catches any covid-19 on the trip, the airline did not provide any mask or glove even we paid for 1st class ticket from New Jersey to San Diego.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
