It took me multiple tries (6) to get the tracking to work including the text messaging. Multiple times it told me the tracking number didn't exist. Used copy and paste feature every time and try #6 it finally told me it had been sent out on delivery YESTERDAY, but did not say it was delivered. After 45 min still have not heard back from the text messaging attempts. Horrible tracking!!! My package was sent priority 2 day and was mailed on Thurs morning and it is now Sun might at 11:04 pm. I should be able to see that the pkg was delivered YESTERDAY, instead I can only see it was sent out to be delivered. Horrible!

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
