The worst service that I ever seen in my life.Their customer service is terrible, they always lose my package. They charged me extra fees to deliver it on time, but they never did deliver my package without me calling them tons of times. I will not regret to give them zero for their service! I sent a package to be delivered 3-5 business days, and it has already been over a month and they still told me to wait for 35 days to investigate what happened to my items and this is not their first time.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
