On April 9th, I paid for priority 2 day shipping on my granddaughter’s birthday gift going to Texas from California, my receipt says could expect it on Saturday. Today is Monday, and the priority mail tracking map shows that the package has traveled 20 miles, in the wrong direction. The tracking tool simply says my package is “moving within the system”. There are no travel or weather issues, to use as an excuse. The post office clerk referred to the higher postage option I paid for as “Priority 2 day Shipping” but after checking the fine print, it has the same exact delivery window as the cheapest postage option 2 to 5 days.... USPS scammed me.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
