The worst delivery and shipping. Why i say that is for 1 i had a package shipped from over seas and 1 it got to the states it bounced from california to Ohio like 5 times and still dont have and dont kno wen i will get it. If i even get it still. Now i went down to the post office here in Mansfield Ohio only to find out somehow it showed LA, CA and not Mansfield Ohio. I even showed the tracking info they have and it said mansfield Ohio. So then i tell me i need to contact the sender. Theres a tracking number provided but they claim they cant get it y not it still in yhere system and im still getting updates on its location. But i still cant get it anfd they have now way to contact another post office. Like how can u not directly contact another branch to solve the issues and this isnt the first time, i had 2 other packages that i nv got and they nv assisted me to find it in their system. They need a better shipping handlers and a direct contact between every post office so issues like this can easly be solved

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
