According to your levels of delivery, I chose Priority and paid $63.10 for that service. Your website states 1-3 days for delivery. My receipt says PM 2-DAY expected arrival 4/16/2020. As of today, 4/22/2020, its yet to arrive to its final destination. I called to inquire why its taking so long, and I was told "because Priority is not guaranteed " yet, you advertise the distinction and CHARGE to imply that the package will be delivered by the allotted time as stated on my receipt and according to your website. Because it is now 6 DAYS after the promised delivery date, is totally UNACCEPTABLE PERFORMANCE on the part of the US POSTAL SERVICE. Therefore I am requesting a refund of $63.10 and you can be sure I will not trust nor will I ever use the US POSTAL SERVICE to deliver anything else. Tracking no. 9505 5101 1882 0105 1897 39

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
