I sent this package a a week ago. Was told that guaranteed 2 day delivery. Sometimes there is no update as to where the package is. That’s happened 2 times in the last week. Yesterday it said it was out for delivery at 7am. It’s still out for delivery 30 hours later. And, still no delivery. Just tell me you can’t deliver the package in the amount of time you promise and I’ll pick another carrier. And, now I know to do that in the future. Paid $21 to have it 2 day.... 7 days later and I’m still waiting for the package to be delivered. It has perishables so an honest assessment would have been helpful

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
