There was a line out into the lobby. Three workers were doing the best they could under the circumstances to keep up with everyone’s needs. There was a fourth worker who was helping people label and wrap packages out in the lobby. And instructing them on using the self check. I was totally impressed by how each employee met each customer and got to the business at hand with them but did not rush anyone. Meanwhile the person helping me had to pay attention to not having more then 7 people inside the doors at all times. They are all heroic in dealing with a multitude of personalities and needs in this very strange time and I might add they are in the best of times as well.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
