I am VERY disappointed with the USPS. I am a jewelry consultant. I sent a small package with 2 pieces of costume jewelry from Orlando, Fl to Vero Beach, Fl, on Wed 4/22. As of Tues 5/5, this package still had not arrived. The Edgewater location USPS in Orlando, Fl was NOT helpful.I feel helpless. My client has been waiting 2 weeks. The tracking info says there is a processing exception Tracking # 9500 1151 9156 0113 4410 72. If someone can assist me, please call me 407-312-0209

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
