USPS review by Key of Life

Visited USPS at 17192 Murphy Ave, Irvine - CA 92623 on 5/13/2020 and experienced such an unprofessional service with one of the clerk there. Now, I do know that during this COVID 19 everything take time and will be slow down more than the regular waiting but what make me upsetting and feel disrespecting was after waiting for more than 20 minutes at the line, your clerk (a Korean mid-age women for today shift) was telling me (in a not friendly voice) that I cannot get a receipt for my package that has a prepaid label, which I purchased before hand. She the processed to say “You cannot get the receipt for this package. You can just drop of the box and take a picture of the label before you do to track the package. But I’ll give you the receipt for this time only.” So, why can I not receive a receipt for the label that I purchased online to use for the package? I’m an online seller so for every package I ship out, I always ask for the receipt as proof of shipping as well as to use as an evidence if the package get lost (I also have the insurance included in the label.) As far as I know and my experience from others USPS, I never heard of this nonsense. Plus, I’m wasting my time patiently waiting in line just to get a receipt for proof of shipment so why I cannot get a receipt and also for that clerk to used such unpleasant voice toward me for asking a receipt? I’ll stick with another USPS and avoid this USPS as much as I can from now on.
