Your service is horrible and suspect..I mailed a package on Dec 26th headed for Cuba and it never arrived. I was told that this package would arrive in about 20 days ..I have been trying to track this package since Dec 26th..and there has been literally bo update..I went to the post office where I shipped it from and they washed their hands clean from the whole deal. This is right out robbery a package that was being sent to a poor family member... Totally lost my faith and trust in the USPS.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
