I don’t feel like it matters if I leave a review or not. But I am going to try. There are amazing hard working employees at the post office who do a great job helping with my problems. Then there are others who seem to cut corners & care little about delivery of our mail as in my carrier. I have never in my life had such awful service with a carrier. He is very grumpy & rude. Doesn’t leave packages if he doesn’t feel like it & rarely leave the slip filled out to notify me that the package was not left. I only figure it out by my tracking & then go to wait in line at post office to fine it. Sometimes the package has gotten returned to sender which has made me very angry!! Especially when he never even left me a notice!!! It’s very hard for me to keep coming up there in person as I just had knee surgery.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
