Sent out a certified envelope last Thursday 0514/20 from North Hills to Montello, CA and Clark told me It should arrive on Saturday 5/16/20. The person receiving mail correspondence text on Monday 05/18/20 that he had not received anything. So I checked online and it says Mail correspondence should arrived Wednesday 05/20/20. I just checked again online and it says Expected delivery Friday 22 of May at 6:45 PM. What's wrong with this service? Totally unacceptable. Thank you !!

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
