This post office employees, David in particular, don’t have a sense of customer service, her doesn’t make visitors welcome at all, neither has respect for the elderly. Just today en senior with a ventilator was being helped by David, the senior told him that cheapest possible for his box and David obviously didn’t pay attention to the guy and keep asking him “do you want to mail it” anyone with a sense of urgency and understanding would not argue with the customers. It was not only me Who found the quick argument among them unbelievable. This is the second time I visit this place and have the same horrible experience. I pray God not to go back there again. Very rude and very unprofessional.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
