The USPS is the most unreliable postal service available but it is also the most affordable. If you absolutely need a package to arrive on time do NOT use the USPS!! They have been absolutely horrible long before the COVID-19 pandemic but now they use it as an excuse. 8 out of 10 times they deliver my packages a day or even two late. I wish I could afford another service! If you don't need a package to arrive on time then definitely use the USPS. That way your mail may eventually arrive and you can get your money back.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
