I birthday card certified so I would be assured it arrived from Denver to Ohio. Now3 days later it is still in Denver distribution center. Next time I will have to pay the $10 plus overnight

My package sent from Cambridge Ma to Rome Italy, arrived in NY on April 12; as of today (May 1) it still seems to be in NY. This is really unfair and unacceptable. What can be done, if anything to have this packahe (sending it I paid more than $80) arrive safely at this destination in Rome, Italy. Can USPS reply/ I had no way of contacting anyone at USPS about this. Thanks

I paid alot of money for priority mail 3 days delivery. 5 days later still not delivered. tracking # shows still in transit, a waste of money,

My package was supposed to arrive on Wednesday but still not there it is Thursday now who know when it is going to get there plus the updates are slow!!

I paid extra for a Certified Letter to be mailed. 1. It took 8 days to go from Greenville, SC. to Charlotte, NC. 2. Tracking indicates that the letter is still IN TRANSIT as of 4/21/25 which is 12 days after mailing. 3. I know the letter was delivered, because the check was cashed, but still no proof of receipt. What a waste of time and money for Certified Delivery.

4/14/25 mailed from Athens Ga to Atlanta GA. 4/21/25 shows in transit. Could have walked there by now

I paid $60 + for very poor service and retime of deliveries date are not made. My package is till not delivered as of April 6 10 am. So I did not meet the dateline that should have been April 4th.

I sent an express mail March 31st. I understand that Guam is several hours ahead, but I was told that the pack will be leaving Guam the next morning. I check the rambling it reached Honolulu on April 2nd and hadn’t gotten any updates. I understand it’s maybe delayed a day but it’s April 5th and document hadn’t reached our National President. What’s the use of pay a very expensive service and it’s not carried through. Is this your way to get extra money? I could have sent it regular mail and probably make it there sooner but it needs to get there on certain time at least within 3 days not 6 days. You should refund the money people paid for the service but didn’t get it. I’m very disappointed because I didn’t make the dateline of April 4th. It’s probably still in Honolulu sitting on the terminal because as per the tracking it’s still in Honolulu on April 2nd. It’s very irritating that people are charge very expensive for poor service

I haven experienced this since I’ve been sending packages to my customers,I dropped off the package at the post office on Monday 31/03/2025 but hasn’t been able to track my package #9505519284516978677789 it keeps saying no status updated and it’s been 4 days already

My parcel left Staunton VA on March 4th, destination UK, it's has now been going back and forth, even traveled to Canada, stayed there for 4 .5 days, it's been back and forth and is in New York yet again, still has not left the country, I will never use this service again, as I had problems with last 2 packages also.

I sent a PM Express envelope that cost $ 31.40 on Friday from Glendora, Ca. and it is still showing it is in the distribution center at City of Industry, Ca. It was supposed to arrive no later than Monday in Yakima, Washington. I should be just sent it normal mail and it would probably have already arrived. This is unacceptable!

sent letter w/ check for earnest money for home purchase via priority mail 3/5 to arrive 3/8. Did not arrive until 3/14 which voided our contract and seller was not understanding of the horrific mail service. will NEVER utilize this service again.. money wasted on inefficiency. Now having to find another home.
