I mailed a letter certified with a tracking number on 10/4/2024. It needed to be at its destination by 10/11/2024. The estimated delivery date was 10/7/2024. This allowed 4 extra days for possible delays. It was going a distance of approx. 70 miles. It is still in transit as of 10/13/2024. This is why USPS is in the red financially. The service cannot be trusted and does not do much to gain trust. What a shame.

It is unbelievable just how embarrassing the USPS CURRENTLY IS. Yet they continue to raise their prices and hire some of the rudest people in the nation working for them. A service I can do without.

I mailed a pkg sept 13 ,expected delivery was sept 19 up to now pkg undelivered I looked at my receipt and postal clerk wrote the wrong city in Virginia my fault I didn’t check my receipt so pls check your receipts I called customer service and I was told they will send me text on progress of delivery I hope my pkg will be returned to me or delivered

My product that was supposed to be delivered on the 24th of 9 months is still there and we cannot get any information. The product will arrive in 4 days but it has been 20 days. Why is it in the same place and you are not giving any information? What kind of system do you have?

I upgraded my cell phone and was supplied a shipping box to return my traded-in old cell phone to Tennessee. For reasons, my local USPS could only justify as a USPS cost decision for cheapest delivery method my prelabeled provided traded-in cell phone box was sent to Salt Lake City, Utah then Palmetto, Georgia, then Atlanta, Georgia, then to back to Palmetto, Georgia and then to Nashville, Tennesse. This serendipitous route could not have save money as it increased the weight (however small for my package but may have included other packages) on the carrier's transport for zero benefit. Since the package was scanned how could this have happened? What should have been at most a 3-day transit took 10 days. The Postmaster General needs to be replaced as soon as his appointment expires, or when Congressional votes can bring this about. The USPS employees are demoralized. There was no reason for sending the package to Utah. Prior to being sent to Utah it sat in the Linthicum distribution center for several days. I would have given a zero rating, but the package did get there and is not lost. The USPS postal employees I have engage want their services to be better but are hamstrung by the direction the Postmaster General has taken to reduce USPS operation cost. I am in disbelief!

They are idiots I asked about an object that I wanted to send and they told me that yes it was possible so I sent it and they returned my package halfway because of them and they didn't want to refund my money

My package arrived in Orlando yesterday but has not moved since I wonder if the postal service is running today due to hurricane Milton My package has an estimated delivery date to Boston for tomorrow sounds ridiculous to me though

my est. certified delivery date was 10/7/24 today is 10/9/24. seems like very poor service! the mail is related to services for a handicapped adult. usps needs to do much better for people with special needs. I am disappointed I must award any kind of star for this kind of bad service!
