I havent received my package it suppose to be express from one day to another and I waited all day February 8 2025 and the package never arrived. All day checking the tracking status saying that the item is in currently in transit to the destination since 8:00am waiting and its now 1:47am and no delivery im very dissapointed very poor service. I want total reimbursement of $159.50

Very bad service

I called USPS directly after my the tracking number said my package was delivered but it was not. I was told that someone would contact me in 3 days. 7 days later, nothing, no call, nothing! On a daily basis, the people in the apartment complex where I live have to reroute each other's mail. I've gotten mail that belonged to people in a whole different neighborhood. I've been waiting for my package for over 6 weeks only to not receive it at all and no help from USPS. Who is managing things? In addition, I rarely see the same person delivering the mail on a daily basis. THIS REALLY NEEDS TO STOP!!!

In general I think USPS is great. However, I am always afraid to mail birthday cards that are recognizable as such....at least half don't get there. I received two Christmas cards this season that were delivered but the envelope in each case had been ripped open. I now always put the cards in a larger manila envelope and no problem. Is this a pervasive problem for others, and has anyone investigated it?

I mailed my USPS mail with social security forms to the social security office at KENTUCKY LONDON 40742 on 01/09/2025 AND Friday, 24, January 2025. I paid 39 dollars per packages sent for two days warrantee delivery. I received a Social Security office letter from Austin TX on 01/25/2025 STATING THAT THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REQUESTED INFORMATION FROM ME. I leave it up to the reader to judge for yourself what is going on. The Social Security Office from Austin Texas mailed Social Security Office envelopes with the stated address at KENTUCKY LONDON 40742 and that is where I mailed them. What games is Social Security Office playing with the USA citizens? The first Envelope with SSA and Disability forms were received by me on 01/09/2025 and were due on 01/11/2025. The second set of forms arrived to my home on Thursday 23 January 2025 and were due on Saturday (a Holiday) January 25, 2025. I almost going to talk about their Social Security mother and other relatives because that is BS. Now SSA wants to blame USPS delivery? What ta F.?

Customer service was excellent as it always is when I went to Post Office. I have dealt with the US Postal service for over 50 years. I don't understand people's complaints, if you go in with a bad attitude they can expect a poor experience. The problem is not with Postal employee 90 percent of the time.

Poor service. Pkg states delivered but NO PACKAGE! Home all day Monday and Tuesday and NO PACKAGE! Upset and angered

Purchased a jersey on January 5 and hasn't been updated since. Poor service

My return to QVC has been sitting in Jacksonville 10 days! I may miss my return date to get a refund. Not sure why it is still there.

The USPS just plain SUCKS! I sent a Pkg insured & got a tracking # from Suffolk,VA to my son's residence in NY on 1/8/25. As of 1/14/25 it had NOT been delivered! All I got with the tracking # was in transit. What a lot of B.S. WE have our VA Senators conducting an investigation of the postal service & their ongoing problems. Will use UPS OR FedEx in the future.

We paid for UPS, not USPS, thought the clerk knew what he was doing but obviously did not. Now where is our Gift card? In his pocket. Fraudulent!

I am very upset with this USPS I sent a package out December 6 was post from Lawrenceburg Tennessee was supposed to be in North city Illinois on December 9. It is still in some container scanned and still cannot track it to where it’s supposed to go very upset.

I’m not very happy. I sent this card out on 01/03/2025 from the Charlestown New Hampshire post office I paid for money to have it delivered that was supposed to be delivered on Monday, 6 January 2025 here it is January 10 at 4:30 and it still has not been delivered. I did it as a flat rate and it took just as long as have I just put the stamp on it. I don’t think it was right that I paid $10 to have it shipped in three days and it still took seven days and it hasn’t arrived at the home yet.

I mailed a Birthday card to my uncle in Brazil 1st class mail. He received it without any problems. Thanks USPS for the nice handling of this International mail. Also thanks to the Brazilian mail service for the Great handling of this Birthday card.

I am so disappointed in the USPS I sent a package to North city Illinois on December 6. It was supposed to be delivered December 9 three days later which as of today January 9 it has still not got delivered to my aunt’s house in North city Illinois they can’t even track it. It’s in a container sitting somewhere and somebody’s post office And still no answer as of today very disappointed
